A must have throughout all seasons! Made from double layered, double sewn linen material, these handmade heat packs by Zephyr + Soul are filled with Australian made rice and are perfect for your neck, shoulders and abdominal area. You can even add a few drops of your favourite essential oils.

To use: Place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals for up to 3 minutes. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution.

Caution:

• ​Do not leave heated pack unattended or on flamable surfaces.
• Do not heat for longer than 3 minutes.
• ​Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly.
• ​Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin.
